I have chosen to make a box for myself. I think this is the best choice because I like how it looks, and I think that I would use it very well. It will be used for many things, like putting pens, secret notes, or money! Thank you Mr. Grundy! 

What Is The Perimeter? - Challenge 1

WALT: Find the area and perimeter of shapes. 

School Uniform? No Uniform?

School Uniforms? Or no School Uniforms. I have to say it is a pretty tough decision. Wearing school uniform is something that should make us proud, mufti clothing for school should only make us feel comfy throughout the school seasons. 

Not being able to wear school uniform makes the school look a bit old fashioned and messy. Getting dress code every time for wearing inappropriate piece of clothing. It is nice for other students to wear and show off there brand new clothes and wear them to school, but the bad thing about is that those piece of expensive clothing can end up in a bad situation for example, getting yogurt on your shirt, or a marker stain from your art lessons. Another thing is that it is probably hard to wear no uniform because you have to look for an outfit to wear to school, and make sure that it is appropriate to wear to school. 

School uniform is who I stand for. Why? It is because you get to represent your school with pride, and show of what school you go to. You don't need to look for an outfit you can just wear your uniform. You look more fancy and cleaner in uniforms and makes the school look very clean. It makes us students feel proud to wear our uniform and makes us feel like we belong at a school. 

I would recommend your school to wear uniforms, because it just looks better. It would make the students feel like they actually belong at a school, and it makes them feel good about themselves.   

"Heartbeat"

TASK DESCRIPTION - This weeks book we are reading this week is called. "Heartbeat." It's a very gripping book that caught my attention. As we always do, we read the book and answer some answers that has to do with book. 

My Painful Holiday

Just one little thing that had to ruin my holiday, I have sprained my ankle. It was very painful at first because I have never experienced such a thing like it. What happened to it is what your thinking? Well, what a normal person would have sprained there ankle.

 It was a sport cause, I have jumped and landed in a very stupid way, and rolled my ankle pretty bad. 

It was very uncomfortable at first but did get use to it through out the weeks. I had to see the doctors everyday to check my leg, and had to take x-rays. I had to wear a moon boot, and wore a cast after it, and nearly every two days a week I had to visit the doctor for a cast check up. 

I really didn't like sitting down not being able to do things, it was very difficult to use crutches everyday, and having to stay home. Sometimes it was alright due to my siblings and my parents doing everything for me.

I really didn't like my 2 week holidays but got use to the consequence. I really couldn't ask for better if didn't have to do anything. There was no chores for me, and no walking which was very hard. 

Now that my left leg is healed but not as fully, I am very happy that I can walk, but sadly can not play Netball for 2 weeks. 

Tom And His Mate The Look-Around

TASK DESCRIPTION - Do you have a special type of best friend that is a animal? Well, this weeks book we are reading is called. "Tom And The Look-Around." There is boy name Tom, and he had to sleep over his grandpa's, due to his mother that is working extra shifts. Tom was definitely not looking forward to staying over his grandpa's house for a week. Tom decided to go out fishing so that it would distract him from his anger. After a while Tom has meet a new friend of his and has called him the Look-Around. We then answered some few challenging questions to help us entertain in the book we have read.

Kept It All Inside

"You kept it all inside but doesn't make it better you tried to be so strong but I always know when somethings wrong see you banging through the ground. Hey! isn't it you, you've always been there for me, don't forget what we've been through together." 

You made me smile every day and I did not regret a day with you. You kept me up high building my confidence upraised. We argue through misunderstanding and cried together through the day. When you left you have taken half of me, I can't stand listening to music about you, and I can't stand looking back at our memories. 

Was I really your best friend? Was what I thought. I never thought this day will come but all of a sudden they came. Seeing you happy but I am still crying, seeing you laughing although I still had you in my thoughts. What was the point why did you pick me through all these other girls. Was I just a mistake in your life? 

I don't remember a day where you tried to do anything for me, I don't even remember a day where you tried to say "Hi" I thought that our friendship will never end up like this, but I was wrong. I forgave you and you left me hanging. I have kept it all inside but you have never noticed what I have been through to be by your side. 

"I will always remember the days where we laughed, I will never forget those days where I was bored and only thought about you." 

France (Informational Report)

Is there any particular range of country you would like to visit? Or is there any place you are dreaming of to visit right now? Well, as for today I will be here to tell you my facts and opinions on the country I would like to visit in the future. 

I was very interested in France, and there nation, and language. Did you know that France is the biggest country in the EU and an odd fact about France is that you can get married to a dead person, "Weird right?" The world oldest human is from France as well. 

For Aprils fools, the most popular prank is a fish stuck on your back, and it seems to be very annoying with my suggestions. Bonjour is how to say "Hi" and "Au Revoir" is how you say goodbye. France's population is 66.99 MILLION people, which is crazy, and its latitude and longitude is 46.2276° North and 2.2137° East 

Do you know any foods that are related to France? Well, there are many to pick from, and my favorite one has to be to Macarons, they are a very famous dish/dessert in France, they are now selling these little mini Macarons in NZ, and I have tried them for the very first time last year (2018) They go very well with a cup of hot chocolate. 

Do you know any famous places or landmarks in France well there are many, and the most prevalent place is the Effile Tower. The Eiffel tower is in Paris, and Paris is the capital of France. The Effile Tower is 324 meters to tip. The Effile tower is located in Champ de Mars and was built in 1889.

They Both Had There Regrets

There was a Korean couple named Ae-young and Chan-woo. Ae-young was a delightful young lady and had a beautiful feature, Chan-woo was very smart and loved Ae-young dearly. Chan-woo worked a lot and took well of his business, Ae-young also started her own company at a cafe shop not too far from Chan-woo. 

Ae-young woke up and found Chan-woo not in bed. She sighed and went on with her morning routine. She looked at the time and saw that she was running late for work. She starts to hurry and run the whole way to her cafe. She sees that there were a lot of people lining up in front of the door, she was smiling as she knew that her cafe might as well be successful. She runs inside and bows down to say sorry to the customers.

It has been 6 hours and it was getting late she was thinking of what to make for dinner. She tries to call Chan-woo but he did not respond, she starts to get suspicious for why he comes home late and why he leaves home early. "Chan-woo only started his business why is he this busy?" She starts to think. Ae-young decided to visit him at work, and made a little feed for him, she closes down the store and starts to walk off.

It was loud since they lived near the city, she walks getting near to her destination as she sees the glass door reflecting on her. She sees the room crowded with people rushing with papers in their hands. She goes to the main office where Chan-woo will spend most of his time, she sees the door and opens it. Her tears start to flow as she sees Chan-woo with another girl, she was crying not even noticing that he was looking at her, she leaves the door immediately.

Chan-woo pushes the girl and runs up to Ae-young, he grabs her wrist and tries to tell her that it was a misunderstanding. Ae-young cried on and runs off. Chan-woo sees her run outside and continues chasing after her. Ae-young didn't care about the others that were staring at her she wasn't even paying attention to where she was walking, Chan-woo sees her crossing the road, and sees that a car was on full speed. 

He tries to run up to her and sees that he was too late, he sees her flying up the sky as she got hit by the car. Chan-woo was heartbroken seeing her covered all in blood, he cries non stop seeing her, his regret was cheating on her and her regret was being with him. 

They both regretted...

A Broken Friendship

You act like you are tough but all in the inside you are different. You never notice what is happening but you notice your love towards the others. You have changed once you met that person, but instead, you never notice me.  "Was I not the friend you wanted?" was what I thought. I was heartbroken when we stopped being friends. I thought it was my fault that we have halted. 

Once my memories came from those days I thought that they were fake you have been writing down these names saying that they were the once you trust, as I scroll down the list I never found my name as I said: "Was I not the friend you wanted?" I was hurt but instead acted as if nothing happened. 

I kept it all inside but I have never changed my feelings towards you. I tried my best to talk to you but you acted as if I was a ghost you would say these horrible things to others about me but they were never true but I still haven't changed my feelings towards you it's sad that you don't care that our friendship is gone and it can hurt just as badly.  

Seeing photos of these friends thinking why they never happened to us. They have once sung "Hey! isn't it true we promised to always be best friends forever?" I heard this song for the first time and thought about our friendship. "Why did this happen, why are we ending, why did we do this?" "Was it really because of that girl?"
