Task Description - We are to write our poem using the 5 senses. For each topic we are to use different human emotions to write our poem using the 5 senses. For example, what does fear fell like? What does it taste like? What does it sound like?

Task Description - This weeks focus is to understand the hidden meaning in different text. The group Mewburn got to read two different books, one was a poem and the other is a random book.   

Shooting Hoops (Poem)

SHOOTING HOOPS

Shooting hoops all around

Basketballs hitting the ground

Trying hard to get one goal

But when I try

I just can’t control

I get the ball

As I stand up nice and tall

Getting ready to aim

As I have myself ready

To blame

The bell is going to ring

So I need to hurry

I really want to play
