How To Be A Good Learner
Learning is a very, very important part of your childhood. As we grow up we will learn more and more, more than we thought we did, but to learn you must have to concentrate and focus. Today I will be giving you ideas of how to become a good learner. Well let me show you in the following paragraphs.
The first thing about being a good learner is being organized. What I mean by this is that when everyone moves into their classes you must have the right equipment to use in your learning. For example you would need to bring a pencil, rubber, and a ruler so that you can learn more.
Another idea for being a good learner is to value collaboration. Which means to work together as a team. The reason why you should do this is that there might be a subject that you will not understand and that there will always be a partner there to help you out.
Never giving up is also a good way of beginning a good learner. This means if your teacher gives you an activity you should always do it and to try your best. For example you might have a test coming up and you would want good grades well the only thing for you to get good grades is to never give up and to try your best.

My White Sunday!
I had my white Sunday this week and it was differently fun! White Sunday is where you get parts from the bible and try to speak it in your own language. I had to speak the beautiful language Samoa.
I go get ready and change into my Puletasi with my handmade Pale. I am absolutely excited to go up the stage and show how hard my group has prepared our performance for. "Let's Go!" Says, mom. I go to the car and start off. All I could think about is if I got my part sorted and if I could say it properly.
We are at church and I see people with there beautiful clothing. I go to where all the family is. Then I could see everyone with there white clothing. I go see one of my close friends and start talking to them. "It's time to go guys!" Commands our ministers. So we go and start singing our song for our entrance.
After all the other classes it was my class to go up and perform. I go up the stage and say my part. "Po o le a le leaga o saulo, an e fai ma ipu e maumaule lo na finangalo, ina ua salamo ma liliu atuatua i le Atua. Amene." I finish my part feeling proud of myself. I go down the stage and got ready to go up and do my dance.
Finally I am finished and now I am all relaxed and ready to hang out with my family. As always when white Sunday is finished we will go out or have a BBQ at a family members house.

Attitude Talk!
Attitude Talk!
Today's Attitude talk was amazing. We got to talk about lots of things that will happen to your body and that things will start to change!
Hair
Hair can grow everywhere! At the age of 8-12 things can change including your hair. Hair can start growing on your armpits, genitals, legs, arms and the face (For Boys)
Relationships Take Time!
If you want to have a relationship so badly then try and make friends with that person then see where it goes, but all you need to do is to be patient and wait. Cause we have lots of time to do those kinds of things.
Skin
Your skin can start changing time by time, your face can start getting unhealthy and starts damaging your skin. You can start getting pimples for eating unhealthy foods like diary. So if you start eating healthier your skin will get healthy just like your body.

Immersion Assembly
Another fresh start of term 4 getting ready to learn new things. As always the teachers will have some action to show us about what we are going to be learning! Well, let’s get started!
This terms them is Te Wa Toi which means art time! I am so excited to see what we are going to be learning about art. Well as always we go line up getting raised to see what the teachers have prepared for us students, all I know is that this term is going to be awesome!
I see Mr. Burt with his black clothing (Only Black) he had black shorts and a black top with his sandals which was funny, I wonder what was going to happen with him when I saw items on the table. All I could think of is. “Why is he wearing all black, are they going to splash paint of him?”
First up was team 1. Mrs. Hockly got her team to paint these weird looking things but actually, they were painting a puzzle of a lion. Team 1 will be going to the zoo and is going to be painting the different animals. Team 3 had an interesting kind of act, they had to try and make art by using their body’s.
Team 5 was one of my favorite items, they had an act that was very funny! What team 5 is going to be learning is that they are going to be making arts with meanings in it. I am excited to be doing art with my class.
There you have it this is what Pt England School is going to be learning. I will be going to enjoy learning these different kinds of skills in art. And hopefully that all the students will enjoy!

No Lunch For Me!
Have you ever left your lunch at home? Well guess what, I did and I am not happy about it. How would you feel if you left your lunch at home? Well keep on reading to see how I would feel about leaving my lunch.
Today we had our usual assembly at school and all I could think of is “Did I bring my lunch?” So I kept on thinking. I remembered that I went to the bakery to buy me and my siblings lunch, I went straight to my house to give the lunches to my siblings, right after that I left of to say goodbye to my mom, and then guess what… My lunch is on the bunch waiting for me to take it to school, Oh no… Dun Dun Dunnn.
Right after assembly I go straight to where my bag is and check my bag. And guess what, well obviously my lunch is not in my bag. Then I go to my seat and kept on thinking why I left my lunch at home oh well guess no lunch for me. “Diding Diding Diding!” Guess what guys it’s lunch time no lunch in my bag no lunch for me anywhere “Yay” I go sit with my friends while seeing them pulling out their lunches got me hungry but I just went to eat fruit from our school basket. That's what I get for no bringing my lunch!

Our Netball Prize Giving
Knowing that I was going to have Netball Prize Giving I really didn’t know who was going to have those 3 special certificates in my team, the three certificates are for the most improved, sportsmanship, and most valuable player.
I go and get ready for my prize giving, and get my Lollie lei for my coach. I go to my car and we start to drive off. All I could think of is. “Who is going to get the certificates?” We finally arrived so I go and sit where my team was sitting. I was excited when heard Miss Va'afusuaga voice so I focused on what she was saying.
First up was the year 8 teams and then my team the year 7 All-Stars. My team was coming close to going up the stage. “Give it up for the Year 7 All-Stars, come up girls.” Says Miss Va'afusuaga. So my team goes up and we go and get our certificates now it was time for the special certificates. Tehilla Loia got sportsmanship, Ayla Taringa got most improved and lucky last was… Me, Petesa Setefano for Most Valuable Player. I was so proud of myself for getting one of the special certificates!
I thank my coach Norelle Taringa for always supporting us girls to play better in every game we play and also Mrs. Va'afusuaga, without her, we wouldn’t be playing sports. So I would like to thank them for everything they do for us students!
